COX 1972 Catalogs
COX began its HO-scale electric train line with Athearn-made
items for the 1971 Christmas season. Catalogs from this period do not include a year of issue. These early COX
train catalogs also appear to be virtually the same with respect to their contents.

Tri-Panel Catalog
As stated, these early '70s COX train catalogs do not include a year of
publication and also do not feature a title as found on later COX catalogs. I'll identify the above as the Tri-panel
Catalog.
The below catalog is labeled here as the Southern Pacific GP35 edition,
thanks to its cover loco.
SP GP35 Catalog
There is at least one more COX catalog variation from the early '70s line.
Another catalog, with thought to be similar contents to the ones featured here, has a Burlington GP35 on its cover.
